On May 2nd the KC Prodigy family gave back by sorting and sacking 2,400 pounds of carrots and sweet potatoes for Harvester’s Food Bank. Over 14 girls and their family members attended the community service project. KC Prodigy believes in giving back, and doing it through service. “Providing the girls an opportunity to do something outside themselves is rewarding and provides a foundation of services, to make the girls life-long community servants.” states T’erra Chatmon the Community project manager.
Tasia Johnson class of 2022 received special recognition at Summit Lakes Middle school, by the principal. Tasia managed to receive A’s and B’s the entire year, making Principal’s Honor Roll.
KC Prodigy girls Sania Copeland, Teryn Chatmon and Tasia Johnson finished strong in the classroom for the last quarter in school.
All three girls completed their last quarter with either straight A’s or A’s and B’s. At KC Prodigy, student athletes being students first is very important to our organization.
